WIRGAU, Chad Robert – of Flint, age 46, passed away after a valiant fight for recovery, surrounded by family around 6:30PM on Friday, August 3, 2018 at McLaren – Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are scheduled.

Chad was born April 27, 1972 in Flint, Michigan to Brad Wirgau and Cathy Kellerman, Chad was a blessing from the day he was born. He was a very special person to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Chad was a gift to our family and loved by many. He had a passion for learning and a thirst for knowledge that knew no bounds. Travel was another passion of Chads. He loved to experience new culture and meet new people. Chad loved to cook and share his skills in the kitchen with many of his friends. They looked up to Chad and would often ask for his advice. He graduated from Linden High School and then went on to graduate from Baker College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences. Chad Wirgau will never be forgotten. He will live on through our memories and our hearts. His suffering has ended and he now sits in peace with Jesus in the kingdom of Heaven.

Chad leaves behind his father and stepmother, Brad and Sharie Wirgau; his mother and stepfather, Cathy and Alex Kellerman, and brother, Brett Wirgau. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Reinhardt and Leila Wirgau and William and Helen Starr, and his Aunt, Sandra Schefke.
